This course is aimed both at those who already have experience in cheese making and wish to increase their skills, as well as to those who want to become professional cheesemakers.
I believe that the excellence of a dairy product is in the care of the details, and I think that the activity of the cheesemaker requires continuous training, because since the essence of mozzarella, burrata and ricotta is a constant discovery, we will never stop learning.
